Need help applying ICP results to your system?

If you have had an ICP analysis performed on your system and would like assistance in assessing the results and then accurately applying the tools at your disposal to make necessary adjustments to critical ionic values, then please email us a pdf copy of the ICP reportPlease do not send links through Google Docs or Amazon, as we are unable to open them.  Additionally, please do not send screen shots of the analysis, as these take additional time to read and may be incomplete, rendering incorrect calculations.

Our interpretation is comprehensive and there is no charge.  Please allow up to two business days for the interpretation to be returned.  Data is provided in the form of an email and an Excel document.  Particularly if you are requesting an interpretation for the first time, we respectfully request that all information provided be reviewed thoroughly prior to replying with questions.

Clientele with Microsoft and Yahoo email addresses: Be sure to add captiv8aquaculture@pm.me and captiv8aquaculture@protonmail.com to your list of trusted email recipients before you email us for an interpretation, otherwise our reply to your inquiry may be bounced back as undeliverable and you will arrive at the erroneous conclusion that we have not performed the interpretation.  If you use a Microsoft or Yahoo email address and don't receive a reply from us within three days of initial email, then please call during business hours or text six four six four three one eight seven nine 3 for an update.  You can reach us through WhatsApp at this number, also.

Be sure to include the net system volume, as well as the alkalinity value at the time of drawing the sample if the ICP service does not provide this parameter in their analysis.  If no chloride value has been reported, then you must include the water temperature and specific gravity values at the time of sampling (if not known, then provide the average temperature and SG values maintained in the system).   The interpretation will be returned to you within two business days.  For the most accurate dosing recommendations, please provide the approximate daily dosing regimen for any Isol8 solutions in use during the 30-day period prior to drawing the sample for analysis.
